 Hi Folks,

Today , I felt inspired to write about  a paradox (contradictory statement):

In Father Dolan's book Who Do You Say I Am on August 29th, page 243; this is part of what wrote: Here's the paradox: In situations in which the  Church is comfortable with ample resources, and people are free to practice their faith-as in America-we hear glum news of inertia, lack of participation, and people leaving of not practicing their faith.

In a shattered, violent country where Christians are being killed, and thrown out of their  ancient homes by fanatical bullies, the Church remained dynamic and growing.

Recently, I received in the mail a flyer, from Eternal LIfe in Bardstown, Kentucky. And in the flyer was a this quote: Unless we recover the zeal and the spirit  of the first-century Christians-unless we are willing to do what they did and pay the price they paid-the future of your country, the days of America,  are numbered! -Father John A. Hardon, S.J.

Prior to these two writings, on 3-7-21 on Fox News, Life, Liberty/ Mark Levin, Journalist Jason Whitlock quoted: "People are taking for granted the freedoms they have for which other generations fought for!"

My thought on all this is "Wake of America" and PLEASE LET'S PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER AND OUR COUNTRY, still the land of the free. Amen and God Bless you each and every one!

  1. Very insightful, Terry! More and more people are not attending church services. More upsetting, the number of people turning away from God is growing by leaps and bounds. Pretty disturbing if you ask me. P.S. Did you mean "Wake Up America" in last paragraph? Talk to you soon. Love, Lil
